Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Upon sending a lead to 1-800 Shipping with the intent of receiving benefits from the referral program, you accept this engagement and these terms and conditions:

Pursuant to 46 CFR 515.4(b) and our FMC tariff(s), we engage you to be an ocean freight sales agent to refer potential customers to 1-800 SHIPPING, INC.

We will pay you compensation in the amount of $9 for a referral lead that answers our phone call, then an additional payment of $18 if the referral decides to work with us.

You warrant that none of this compensation will be paid to or otherwise benefit the shipper or consignee of the cargo and agree to operate in compliance with the regulations of the US Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). 

This engagement is cancelable by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other, but such notice does not extinguish any accrued rights.
